Zia Stamps: Zia's Large Water Lily Materials: 8 x10" - 140# watercolor paper background 7 x 4" - 140# watercolor paper for image black cardstock for mounting image 8 1/2 x 2" strip of teal suede paper watercolor paper scraps and thin black paper strip Chroma Sprays - Lime, Coal, Teal Chroma Jewels - Wine Stencils - large palm frond and plastic cross stitch circle Gold pigment ink and gold embossing powder Magic markers - purple, peach, fuschia small watercolor brush Scissors Paper adhesive Heat gun Technique: 1) Stamp Water lily in gold ink and emboss in gold on watercolor paper. 2) Spray Coal over palm frond stencil on background paper. Dry with heat gun. Spray Teal and Lime over palm fronds. Dry with heat gun. Spray Coal over plastic cross stitch circle and dry with heat gun. 3) Spray Wine, Teal and Lime over image as shown above. Dry with heat gun. 4) Color Lily petals with markers as shown above using a small watercolor brush and a tad of water to blend. Dry with heat gun. 5) Assemble with paper adhesive the paper scraps, strips and stamped image as shown above. 6) Sign your art creation!
