Zia Stamps:
Pine Tree
Materials:
NEW Zia's "M" Series colors - Moonlight,
Moss, Magic and Mystic
Sterling Metallic Flow
2 - 5 x 5" Illustration board pieces
Silver paper for mounting
Black core mounting board 7 x 13"
Strips of coordinating papers for accents
Clear pigment ink and Zia's White Sparkle embossing powder
Paint brush
Container of water
Scissors
Paper adhesive
Heat gun
Technique:
1) Scribble Sterling Metallic Flow on non porous surface and
press both illustration board surfaces into it. Dry with heat
gun.
2) Spray Moonlight, Mystic and Magic liberally over both stamped
boards. Dry with heat gun.
3) Stamp Pine Trees across both pieces of illustration board
as shown above in clear pigment ink, then emboss in Zia's White
Sparkle powder.
4) Using a paint brush "throw" water over both painted,
dried boards. Dry with heat gun.
5) Paint Moss color inside of all pine tree boughs. Dry with
heat gun.
6) Mount boards onto silver paper, then add paper strips in-between
boards. Glue down boards and paper strips to black mounting board.
7)Sign your art creation!
