Zia's UCWJ's - Fire Opal and Garnet, CWJ's - Ruby and Citron
Black core mounting board - 9 x 6"
Water color paper #140 - 2 pieces 4 x 5" and 1 piece 3 x
3"
Strip of water colored paper
Zia's NEW Prisma Pencil Palette - White, Peacock Green, Spanish
Orange, Periwinkle, Dahlia Purple, Yellow Chartreuse and Carmine
Red
Metallic Flow - Gold Leaf
Stencils - plastic cross stitch grid and plastic French curves
Permanent black ink - Document Ink or India Ink
Paper adhesive
Heat gun
Technique:
1) Place watercolor papers together, side-by-side. Spray Ruby
and Citron to cover papers. Dry surfaces with heat gun. Place
French curves on papers and spray over with Fire Opal. Dry surfaces
with heat gun. Place plastic grid on papers and spray over with
Garnet in a few places. Dry surfaces with heat gun.
2) Draw with the metallic Flow some scribbles on a non-porous
surface and press each painted paper piece, face down into the
Gold Leaf Metallic Flow.
3) Stamp the the Bird of Paradise, both right and left in permanent
ink as positioned above and dry with heat gun.
4) Color inside flower areas with the above listed Prisma Pencils.
5) Stamp the the Disk fish in permanent ink on remaining watercolor
paper piece, dry with heat gun. Color the fish with the above
listed Prisma Pencils and cut out.

6)Adhere all pieces onto the black background mounting board
as shown above.
