"Kimono Geisha"

Zia Stamps:
Geisha "Curl" Chop, Night Waterlily, Kimono Word

Materials:
Color Wash and Ultra Color Wash Jewels
Watercolor Paper - 8 x 5" (2 pieces)
Black Card stock
Zia's Fluorescent Colored Pencils
India Ink
Bleach Pen
Small watercolor brush
Green, Purple Markers
scissors and adhesive

Technique:
1) Spray Color Wash Jewels and Ultra Color Wash Jewels on to both pieces of watercolor paper, dry. Set aside one painted sheet for background.

2) On other painted sheet, stamp the Geisha chop and the Night Waterlily in India ink. Trim both pieces.

3) Using small brush with water, draw lines over painted/stamped Night Waterlily piece. Let water sit for 30 seconds and then blot off with paper towel.

4) Open up UCWJ-Obsidian and using a small paint brush, paint thin lines from the bottom of the painted/stamped Night Waterlily piece. Dry.

5) Mount both images on to black card stock.

6) Using Bleach Pen, bleach out Geisha face and parts of Night Waterlily.

7) Color areas of Geisha Chop with Zia's Fluorescent Colored Pencils.

8) Use markers to highlight Night Waterlily.

9) Glue mounted pieces onto painted background.

8) Stamp Kimono Word in India ink, dry and scribble a line over it with fluorescent blue pencil.

10) Sign your art card!
