Stamp Zia Stamps:
Summer Chop, Summer Word and Small Night Fern
Materials:
Watercolor paper
Blue marbled paper strips
Zia's Color Wash Jewels - Obsidian and Emerald
Lyra Metallic pencils
Document ink
Silver pigment ink and silver and gold embossing powder
Dove Blender pen and Powdered Pearls - Lavender Blue, Spring
Green and Opal Gold
Black and Gold cardstock
Zia Resist
Glue stick
Technique:
1) Squeeze thin lines with Zia Resist vertically
on watercolor paper. Dry.
2) Spray Obsidian over entire paper. Dry. Spray Emerald over
entire paper and dry.
3) Remove Zia Resist.
4) With Lyra metallic pencils (silver, gold and green) draw long
grass like lines vertically on watercolor paper.
5) Stamp Small Night fern in black Document ink over paper.
6) Stamp Summer Chop in silver ink and emboss in silver on black
cardstock.
7) Highlight Chop with Dove Blender pen and Powdered Pearls.
8) Mount Chop on gold cardstock.
9) Stamp Summer word in gold and emboss in gold. Mount word on
gold cardstock.
10) Glue strips of marbled art paper across middle of painted
background paper. Glue Summer Chop and word on top of strips
in middle of background paper.
11) Sign your art card!
