Stamps: Fire Dragon DAY - Right Stamp dragon onto watercolor paper and emboss with gold embossing powder. Paint image with Twinkling H2O's. With wet brush, dab H2O's around edge of panel. Lift and turn to let colors run toward embossed image. When dry, stamp Kanji image in top corner. Adhere to gold panel and red card.
