Stamps: Small Arched Figure NIGHT - Left and Right Stamp images on watercolor paper and emboss with gold embossing powder. Stamp again and emboss with silver embossing powder. Spritz with water and apply various colors of Twinkling H2O's to the background paper. Let dry.
