- Stamp 4 Moonrises and 4 Waves on black cardstock with silver
ink and emboss in silver powder. Cut each triangle out and set
aside.
|
- Collage a background of torn Awesome Art papers and other
art papers to fill in the 10" circle opening of the mat.
Use a dry adhesive to secure the papers to each other and to
the back of the mat.
|
- With a pencil measure and mark a 14" square that is
centered on your mat- an easy way to do this is to measure in
2" from the outside edge of the mat. Carefully go over your
pencil lines with a silver metallic marker.
|
- Enhance your stamped Moonrises and Waves with the chalk palette.
Select 3-4 colors for the Moonrise and another 3-4 colors for
the Waves. Apply chalks with Q-Tips, make-up applicators and
your fingers.
|
- Arrange 2 Moonrises across from each other and 2 Waves across
from each other in the four corners created by the 14" square.
Line them up so the flow into the silver metallic lines you have
drawn.
|
- Arrange remaining Moonrises and Waves in the center of your
collaged paper circle area, leaving an even space in between
each triangle. Use a dry adhesive to secure them to the papers
and the mat surface.
|
- Using the same color selections you used on the Moonrise
and Waves, smudge chalks on the outside "border" of
the mat.
