"Zia's Awesome Art Paper Quilt Banner" by Zana Clark of Stamp Zia Materials   Stamp Zia Stamps: Large and Small Ginkgo Leaf and Large Kimono Sphere 10 x 16" piece of mat board or chipboard Awesome Art Papers "Green Goddess Leaves" and "Fernmania" 8 " Black bias tape Glue gun, scissors Black Document ink Sheet of white and black glossy paper Lyra metallic pencils Rainbow dye ink pad Cotton squares Technique: Awesome Art Paper Quilt Board Cut 4 - 5 x 4" pieces of each Awesome Art Papers Back each piece with adhesive (the Xyron adhesive cartridge works perfect) Secure pieces in a quilt like pattern to your board backing. Stamp the Large and Small Ginkgo Leaf on the quilted board with Document ink. Kimono Sphere On white glossy paper, scribble surface with Lyra metallic pencils. Apply rainbow ink to the paper surface using a cotton square. Rub ink color in a circular motion over the scribbled paper surface. Stamp Large Kimono Sphere with Document ink on the colored glossy paper. Cut out and back sphere on to black glossy paper. Adhere the backed sphere image to the quilted board. Finish Up Glue 2 - 4" pieces of black bias tape to the back of the quilt board. Glue closed to make 2 loops that will form your hanger. Slip bamboo stick through your bias tape loops. Sign your work!
